Hot pot is prepared by submerging thinly sliced meats, seafood and vegetables in a pot of boiling flavorful soup. This is considered very healthy because you are consuming only the natural oils and fats of the meats. After the meats and vegetables are cooked, you may dip them into one of our homemade sauces and eat it along with a bowl of rice or one of our four types of noodles.

Shabu is the perfect meal for vegans, vegetarians and guests with other dietary restrictions!
